Before calling the Pepsi Repair Hotline there are a few trouble shooting checks you should try:
For vending machines:
1. Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
2. Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.
3. Push all selection buttons.
4. After performing the checks above, deposit money in the machine to see if it works properly.
5. If these steps do not resolve the problem, call the repair hotline and refer to the equipment number on your machine.
For fountain machines:
1. Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
2. Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.
3. Verify that the CO2 tank guage is not in the red and the valve is open.
4. If you have changed the CO2 cylinder, run the valve until bubbles appear.
5. Verify that you are not out of product.
6. If these steps do not resolve the problem, call the repair hotline and refer to the equipment number on your machine.
For glass door coolers:
1. Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
2. Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.
3. If these steps do not resolve the problem, call the repair hotline and refer to the equipment number on your machine.
For hot beverage equipment:
1. Verify that there is electrical power to the outlet and the circuit breaker is not blown.
2. Verify that the machine is completely plugged into the outlet.
3. Verify that the master power switch is in the ON position.
